Field-service platforms charge $49/month plus $29 per seat — and some stopped showing prices entirely. This kit is different: a single-file job board that runs on your own device (quotes → schedule → invoice), a four-trade price book in EN + DE, a daily dispatch routine and ready-made customer messages. One payment of ฿1,490 — then zero, every month, forever.
Get the kit — ฿1,490One zip. No install, no account, no server — the app is a single HTML file that opens in the browser you already have, and every document it prints carries your shop's name.
Six columns that mirror how the work really flows: Quote, Scheduled, In progress, Done, Invoiced, Paid. Open it from a double-click — it works offline, needs no install, and your data stays in your browser until you export it.
HVAC, plumbing, electrical and cleaning starter prices in a CSV you import in one click — then edit to your real numbers. Quotes pull items from the book, so the price on the quote is never invented on the spot.
Boiler service, A/C service, tap replace, drain unblocking, wallbox install, move-out clean — each with the transparent structure: what happens, what it costs, what it doesn't include.
Morning sequencing, time-window messages before customers have to ask, same-day invoicing, the weekly numbers check. A 1–3 person shop doesn't need a dispatch department — it needs five moves, every day.
Booking confirmed, day-before reminder, on-the-way window, job-done + invoice, friendly payment reminder, review ask. Paste-ready for SMS or WhatsApp — each one tells the customer what happens next.
One focused hour a day for two weeks: make it yours, real prices, real customers, backups, first live jobs — each day with a "done when" gate. Plus a single-business license and a quickstart README.
It replaces seat fees, not an enterprise fleet. The app runs on your device, offline. Your jobs, price book and customer list live in your browser until you export a JSON backup — one file that is your whole business. There is no cloud, no login, and no monthly cost because there is no server to pay for.
What it doesn't do, stated plainly: no live sync between many devices (run one master device and export at day's end — the SOP shows the routine), no route optimization, no accounting export, and the app never touches money itself — your payment details or your own payment link are printed on the invoice as text you control.
If you outgrow it, nothing is hostage. Price book and customers export to CSV/JSON and travel to any hosted platform you graduate to. The months without seat fees are already banked.
Three steps from zip to your first printed quote.
Double-click jobboard.html. A fictional demo shop is one click away so you can try every button before touching your own data.
Shop name, currency, tax, payment note — then import the starter CSV and set your real prices. The 14-day playbook walks you through it hour by hour.
Quote from the price book, advance cards on site, print the invoice the day the job is done, send the ready-made message. Export the backup weekly.
About one month of a single seat on the big platforms — for the whole kit, forever.

No. The app is one HTML file that runs in your browser — double-click it from a USB stick if you like. It works fully offline; your data is stored in that browser on that device. You export a JSON backup file whenever you want a copy, which is also how you move between devices. (Selling online payment inside the app it does not do — your payment details or your own payment link print on the invoice instead.)
Not as a live shared board — that's the honest limit of a file that lives on one device. What works well for small crews: one master device (a laptop in the van, or your phone) and the daily routine from the included SOP — morning plan out, statuses updated on site, day's-end export. If you need every technician writing simultaneously from their own phones, you need a hosted platform — and your price book and customers export cleanly to one.
For many shops they're the right call at scale — and this kit won't pretend otherwise. The gap it fills: they bill per seat, every month (Jobber Core is $49/mo monthly plus $29 per extra seat, Housecall Pro starts at $59/mo; Tradify is per-user — figures from their pricing pages, checked September 2026), and some vendors have stopped publishing prices at all. For a 1–3 person shop that mainly needs quotes, a schedule and invoices, that's a subscription for things a file can do. Start here; graduate later if your crew grows.
A single-business license: one buyer (a person or one registered business) runs the kit for their own trade or service business, on any number of their own devices. Printed quotes and invoices are your business documents. Reselling or redistributing the kit files themselves is the one thing the license doesn't allow — each business needs its own purchase.
Yes — every v1.x update (app improvements, new template packs, more languages) is free. Re-download any time from your download page with your email and password. If a v2.0 ever ships, existing buyers get a clear upgrade path — never a surprise paywall.
If the kit doesn't fit how you work, email zicula06@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full — the zip is yours to keep or delete. One refund per purchase; we only ask for optional feedback.
